Great place to stay but a hassle to check In

The safety, and location was great

The check In process was terrible, its online, I had a very small chip in my drivers license and their security said that they couldnt see the full number which is also listed on the back, there was a small window for a person to check me In which I missed, and they had already taken my money for the room. I had to make a new reservation in my friends name in order to have a place to stay convenient to what I needed. After many phone calls the initial money was refunded.

Great value, comfy beds and convenient location for a quick flying trip.

Super comfy beds and pillows, the checkout was super easy with the building and room locks codes shared on the app. The room was new and looked good.

I wish there was the option to include breakfast in the deal, the surrounding can be a little scary (there was a dumpster right in front of my bedroom with a cat making noises at night, we also heard animals running noises inside the walls at night).

Not a ritzy hotel but was everything we needed, excellent for the price! 10/10 would recommend.

the property is newly renovated, the rooms are clean and the whole property is very cute. it was a great location, about 5 minutes from old town. Not walking distance but perfect if you have a vehicle. The beds were so comfy and they provided a white noise machine which seemed random but was a nice touch!

Nice, clean, comfortable stay with modern decor.

Comfortable beds, very clean room and property, the modern decor inside & outside, quality of toiletry products, Roku TV, fridge. It was only a 3 min drive to our family members that we were visiting.

In room #120: The design (angle) of the shower floor prevented the water from draining properly. The water accumulates at the opposite end of the drainsuch that you stand in a moderately deep puddle of water when taking a shower.

It was a peaceful stay I enjoyed it

I like that it was a little neighborhood for hotel rooms like a gated community

I couldnt find the gym room, and our room was right next to the gate and I could hear everytime the door shut, and the neighbors above were having a party when I was trying to sleep
