Our bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. Awful and the water would only get warm not hot

Mostly enjoyed my stay, would stay there again!

Great location, super clean, room was huge and had a nice view. Staff were also very kind. Super easy to access food court and shopping centre across the road, and around the corner from Waterfront station made it easy to get to and from the airport.

Rooms are not very sound proof, heard loads of noises from upstairs, neighbours (eg: loud conversations, opening closet doors, housekeeping cart rattling in the hallway). The heating also constantly let out a hissing noise. Room service menu was very limited and not offered 24 hours. Also thought the breakfast buffet was disappointing and overpriced given the limited selection.

Our comfortable stay included enjoying good food while gazing out on the beautiful water.

The view was stellar! The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays. We ordered room service for breakfast, delivered by an attentive server, who brought it into the room on a small table that folded out to full size. Its heated storage bins kept our food tasty and delicious.

I have no complaints.

Nice stay, central location, elegant room with sea view.

Room sea view is absolutely fantastic. Breakfast room a bit poor considering the type of hotel.

Little contact and availability of personnel of th ehotel, probably due to the size of the hotel and its location you feel a bit abandoned, not enough assisted, despite the valuable rooms and overall facilities.

Everything is just as it needs to be, what a fabulous hotel, location and friendly staff. Amazing view over the harbour, close to everything you need for a short stay in Vancouver.
