A birthday getaway

We knew that we needed to make the trip a memorable one, and Pan Pacific Serviced Suites KL surprised us with a big and spacious room and a wonderful birthday surprise for husband who celebrated his birthday on new year's eve. The view of the room was just perfect, and we caught the fireworks at the comforts of the room. The room was fully furnished, and it does help to have a kitchen and washing machine for our week's stay. The bed was just too comfortable that it made it hard to wake up and get out of bed. Will definitely return to Pan Pacific!

The pool was too cold. Hope that Pan Pacific can look into having a heated pool for us to enjoy young and old.

The cleanliness of the hotel and especially the room.

Check in and Out take a longer period. The breakfast/lunch or dinner price need to revise as not so many variety and space to small.

The staffs are all friendly and helpful. Mine is without breakfast but we had breakfast on our last day. When we checked out, they told me that they waived our breakfast bill The rooms are clean, cosy and comfortable. Strategic location. Will surely come again.

Great location n good sized room but average service

The location is great - all the malls are within walking distance. The room size are great . The pool is large n has amazing view . Gym well equipped. The lounge is spacious.

The daily cleaning is a bit slow . They dont always replaced the coffee or teas and you have to ask . The slippers were not provided until we asked for it . The floor was a bit sandy on day one but they clean it up . There r no express check out service.

Parking, room, location, ease of check-in and out.

There were not enough cups at the f&b. Staff had to get the cups one by one from the kitchen and the dining area was still crowded. Shouldn't cups be available conveniently for its patrons to access at the lounge.

Clean, 2 bedroom apartment.

The toilet flush is blocked by the toilet seat cover. In order to flush have to lower the seat cover. Theres a mistake in the construction of the toilet.

It's 2nd time stay in Pan Pacific Serviced Suite .what I love abt is the estatic and cosy ambience it gave me and my gals the first time we went in.the lighting , the fit in fixtures all like love at the first sight .and it's accessible and walking distance to Berjaya time square and bkt Bintang area.

Perhaps of installing distill drinking water from the tap directly .I sincerely appreciate the mgment can provide mineral water bottle instead .I still bought mineral water from shop to drink .still 50 50 in drinking it directly from the distill installed tap .
