It was clean.

Besides the fact, I could not use one of the two bathrooms because of a water leak. Poor communication with the staff. I was told someone would be out the following morning to fix the leak. No one ever came out and, when I called there was nothing they could do until I left! Go figure that.

It was beautiful!

Everything was clean and the food/drinks were great. The beach was wonderful and although there are many properties at palm cay, it was not crowded at all. I hope that with all the new facilities and homes they are building, it remains a less crowded environment. There are many comments about the welcome center staff, but we did not have a bad experience at all. In addition, the other staff members (servers, housekeeping, bartenders, taxi drivers) at palm cay were amazing!

Look into renting a golf cart if you are not renting a car. Depending on what accommodation you have booked, there can be quite a walk to the beach and grocery store. Theres not a lot of transparency about this online. The front desk gave us a number to call of a golf local cart rental business (W vacation rentals) and we got lucky they had a cancellation. Had we not been able to secure this, we would have spent a lot of money on eating out or taxing to and from the grocery store. There is a lot of construction, but after looking at their Facebook, I was aware of this before we booked. Not a problem for us but I know some may underestimate the noise and how this could bother them. Palm cays excursions are overpriced, but other boat charter companies pick up/drop off at the marina. We ended up meeting an employee of another charter company at the bar and secured an awesome private group excursion for half the price!

Palm Cay exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, relaxing, the villa was amazing, the staff was helpful, the beach

The Villa was large, immaculate, and had everything we needed.

We were unable to access the gym even during their regular hours. Im not sure if its just for owners. It was a small problem.

very clean and comfortable! well furnished and equipped for families

The customer service at the welcome center is bad! The staff seems to be lost and unknowledgeable when asking them for assistance, very aggressive and not very helpful!

Lovely Beach, exclusive location, terrible checkout staff, mean cleaning girls

The property was nice, great beach access and lots of pools. Absolutely loved our stay until the end. Mario the bartender was truly phenomenal!!

The staff was extremely unprofessional upon leaving. We were there to scope out the property to potentially buy a villa and were planning on hopping into the sales office on our last day. We requested and were given a late check out of 130. Someone made a mistake and the cleaners showed up at 1040 and were extremely rude. I talked to the office who were also very rude and who said they didnt know who gave me the late check out but we couldnt have it any longer. We did not get to eat our breakfast or relax before our flight. They eventually gave us 20 minutes to pack our things but within 10 minutes the cleaners came back and barged past me into our place. They took our suitcases to the office and had us walk in the pouring rain down to get them. I was raving about the place all week and 3 of us were very interested in purchasing villas and discussing the options of Palm cay managing between visits but I would never trust them with my guests after this experience. They made a mistake and no longer cared about our comfort as they were more worried about those arriving as they were coming to spend money and they already took ours.

Palm Cay is beautifully located. if you want to see the Bahamas Palm Cay epitomizes it.

would have been nice to have a bbq pit. plus, the sofa is oversized and uncomfortable.

I did not have a chance to eat breakfast I cooked breakfast.

There was no blind at the sliding door in the living area so I had no privacy in Unit 9. The sliding door was bare.

Disappointing

sad about the bed bugs . great place to stay as long as this is fixed

the pool the beach the restaurant was good as well

I got bed bug bites. thankfully my kids didnt. Im the only one who slept in that room . the place was really clean and beautiful. I just think the headboard or bed has the bugs. also the microwave stopped working . outside of this the stay was really nice
