Beautiful setting with friendly wildlife. Great food and comfy bed. Staff were friendly and made good coffee and cocktails. Kayaking was fun and there are some pretty bush walks.

Beautiful villas on the beach. Was so quiet with minimal people and no children.

Perhaps could have better broom in the room to sweep up sand on the tiles.

the food was always a hit and the drinks at happy hour were good value for money because they had the right amount of alcohol. the staff were also really friendly and always down for a chat. the location is stunning.

the walk to sandy bay wasnt worth it but that was our choice

Paradise found

Absolutely everything, the resort is amazing, Staff are friendly and very helpful, the food is to die for and big servings you won't go hungry. The pool is clean and maintained, the villas are terrific with super comfy beds. The beach is beautiful

Enjoyable romantic stay

Meals were big and could not fault. The staff were great, hikes were fun and non motorised sports were enjoyable. The water was a great temperature and could walk off the balcony ontonthe beach. The sunset bar was great to have a drink and sit on the beach in the afternoon. Stayed in Villa 18 and was west facing.

Tennis court was not available. Dated flippers and parts of the room. Booked a seafood dinner for our villa for fiances birthday in August only to be told 4 days prior that it had doubled in price and would not honour the price at the time of booking.

The location was breathtaking, staff were super friendly always smiling they remembered most peoples name/room number when it come to drinks and food. Was perfect for a couple to connect with one another and really spend quality time together.

Dinner menu was limited. Lunch menu was amazing food was good. Accomodation was expensive for what it was. Bed was quite solid. Food and drinks were expensive easy spending at least $200+ a day on food and drink alone.

Beautiful location and very peaceful. Lovely set up of the cabins with a hammock on the balcony. Pool area lovely and clean.

Limited number of larger size stinger suits available, so I had to wait until guest returned their suit. Ran out of time to swim in the ocean. The restaurant menu does not cater well to a solo traveller and the vegetarian options are very limited.

Just what we were looking for - relaxation in the beautiful Whitsundays!

A perfect, relaxing getaway - our bungalow was spacious and the view of the bay was just beautiful. Loved the tropical vibe of the well maintained gardens and the pool was just the place to while away the afternoon with a cool drink or two. Food from Curlew's Restaurant was both delicious and generous. The staff were friendly and we're looking forward to returning sooner rather than later.

Other than the pool being a touch too salty, we couldn't fault Palm Bay Resort.
