From arrival on the reception , to the in room dining quality Breakfast and consiarge team all team. Everything was perfect

The hotel and stay was exceptional, my wife enjoyed her spa service, however my spa service was less than exceptional. The service felt rushed and was not relaxing. If the spa service was on par with the hotel and stay, this would be a 10 for us.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the bed linen of excellent quality.

There seemed to be shortage of staff in the bar/cafe area. Also the wifi didnt work.

Exceptional

This is our third visit to the hotel and the first after Covid. Its an amazing hotel with great spa facilities. the staff is very helpful and helped organizing everything we needed.
