Outstanding.

The location is perfect, and the visual appeal impressive. Your staff are the best hotel team we have ever experienced. The rooms are modestly luxurious without being ostentatious.

The bar/lounge area is a little bit cramped and rather dark.

Nice hotel

Very friendly staff, nice rooms and very comfortable bed. We stayed in a family room with kids. Breakfast was both a la carte and buffet which was very nice.

It was fine. Not the best

The location seemed good.

We got to the hotel and didnt have soap to wash our hands and one room had an issue with the lights. Also, we had no view and a strange screen in front of our window. It felt very dark and like jail.

Superb

The hotel is located in the centre of Malaga. All is close by. Great cosy interior of the common areas and rooms. The hotel staff is very welcoming and attentive.

The breakfast food is good but the table service is hectic which makes it less relaxing then it should be. The pillows are rather hard and some standard rooms look at a concrete wall which is not renovated. Room 145 in the new part of the hotel has only a small window which gives it an enclosed feeling.

Beautiful hotel in central location.

Room facilities and services were lacking. Coffee and tea were replenished only when asked. Reception staff was very slow and got our luggage mixed up when when we were checking out - we had to wait a long time for them to find our luggage in the luggage room.

A stylish and very comfortable hotel in a great central location , The property is beautifully maintained and all of the staff are excellent at what they do. We definitely would recommend this property and plan to revisit at some time.

The only small negative for us was that the table we were seated at for dinner in the restaurant was in direct line of the door onto the street ,which meant that every time this was opened (and it seemed to be quite frequently ) cold air blew in. Our visit was in December so this became uncomfortable after a while. There were no free tables so we had to endure this for nearly 2 hours.
