A gorgeous place to stay in the heart of Viejo San Juan.

Its so beautiful! Right in old San Juan, on a quieter street. The room was super quiet - no street noise. Food was okay. Coffee at the restaurant was excellent.

Service is so slow. Very PR.

Beautiful Hotel in great location of Old San Juan

Location was excellent, front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool & hot tub were a great feature. (but pool was cold) Room was nice and large It was comfortable for 2 people. Beds were comfortable Good Wifi and nice library for working in

Restaurant was closed, bar was also closed most our our visit and when open, the variety was limited in drinks and food Continental Breakfast was not the best and with a lovely hotel of this class, perhaps free coffee throughout the day or a bowl of apples for guests at the front desk would be a nice addition

Location is great. And in principle the ambiance too if it wasnt for the construction of their restaurant outside our room.

There was a full blown construction of their restaurant right outside our room that they failed to indicate on the website during booking nor on checking in. On checking in they mentioned something about finishing that evening at 7pm but didnt say they would be working early the next day. They started at 7AM on December 22 and we were abruptly woken up. When we mentioned it that said there was a paper notice somewhere in the construction area and were entirely unapologetic - that we found very patronizing.

Amazing time in San Juan

The location was perfect. You are in walking distance to explore Old San Juan. The room was spacious and provided a quiet environment.

The mattress was hard. Woke up with body aches. Please invested in softer mattresses in the future. Breakfast was decent but I suggest adding more variety choices for future guests.

Beautiful hotel in a great location

Im stayed 3 nights and when I requested housekeeping to clean my room, the room was cleaned but the sheets & pillowcases were not changed, they still had some of the makeup I left from the night before. I would expect at the price per night to stay that the bed sheets would be changed.

Great - hope to be back soon

Great location. Nice room with comfy linens. Interior courtyard was serene. Loved the pool on the roof. Beautiful historic architecture with modern amenities.

Restaurant was under renovation so a continental breakfast was offered. Supermarket muffins and buns. No hot water for tea. We waited a half hour for it to come from a neighboring property. The only disappointment.
