The comfort of the room, the design and smell of the entire hotel. The service.

The food was good, but they don't have a lot of options (one out of their 2 restaurants was closed during our stay) The beach area is good and super comfortable, but there are no water activities, so it's a bit boring for a family with teans.

Everything, actually that's the truth. All staff, from the security at the gate to the managers were polite and friendly. Rooms were great, service is excellent and I highly recommend.

Excellent hotel, lovely rooms, great pool & beach . Food & drinks are good but expensive.

We arrived at 12.00, having booked 2 rooms next to each other, and were told our rooms would be ready by 15.00 latest. However, only one room was available at 15.00. We went back at 15.40 and waited 20 minutes in the reception queue. We were then given a room, 2 down from our daughter. It turned out another family, with 2 young children, were in the adjoining room to my daughter and her 2 children. The baby next door was crying for most of the night, which came straight through the adjoining door, so my daughter and her children had a very bad night. In the morning, we discussed this at reception when they explained we should have been given the 2 adjoining rooms but they gave us a different one due to the housekeeping delays. They gave us an extra hour before having to check out as a gesture of goodwill

Excellent Hotel with Unsatisfied Customer Service

The location of the hotel is perfect in the central of Fujairah city, and the hotel environment is nice and quite. the facilities services provided for all type of residents like families, couples, and solo travelers.

The staffs' attitude is not quite meeting the customer services levels. in the check-in, I was told that the maximum check-out timing is at 1, but on the next day I have received a phone call to check-out at 12, then I told them that I have promised to check-out at 1, but yet they need the rooms for the next guests. eventually we left the rooms at 1:30 because there were no enough bellboy to carry our bags, since they have asked every residents to check-out at 12
