Guests had mixed experiences at the Outrigger Koh Samui Beach Resort. The suites were not up to 5-star standards, with issues such as poor air conditioning. However, the beds were comfortable and the (Read More) rooms were clean. The pool area was nice, but service at the bar and restaurant was terrible. The food was average. Some guests appreciated the friendly staff, beautiful room decor, and excellent breakfast spread. However, the location was not ideal and the food and drink prices were not great value.

Amazing, would definitely stay again

From the moment I arrived I felt truly looked after, nothing was too much trouble, the staff were very friendly and the facilities are great. Crossing the road to the main pool is great, there are security helping you every time! All round amazing place and will recommend

It was a little out of the main town, but this is only a 15/20 min walk

Very good room. Good pool area. The facilities were perfect.

Very bad breakfast for 500 THB. Smallest breakfast ever. Very expensive service from the hotel. They will charge you too much for service. Taxi to Airport+ 350 THB from normal price. Massage 1.500 THB very big joke. Much better outside the hotel.
