Very disappointed

The location was great

They had big work group staying at the hotel and it was impossible to be in the public areas, there was no available chairs at the pool, people were screaming to their friends, smoking we couldnt stay there for more than 20 min. Breakfast the next day was a disaster, the stuff was so busy we got our coffee half an hour later. People sat at our table when we got up to get food. Again it was very loud and extremely unpleasant we got up and left. Overall these conditions ruined our stay and what was meant to be our one night romantic getaway. Not what you would expect from a boutique hotel.

My stay was perfect

The rooms were beautiful the pool was beautiful. The food was excellent and the staff especially gentleman named Faddy was incredibly nice.

Both swimming pool on the roof and indoor pool are excellent along with the Playzone. The family room is big and spacious.

The staff is very professional and helpful, especially Mr. Tarek the receptionist. The location is perfect, the hotel is very clean and beautiful.

The spa. No privacy at all, no relaxing room. Everyone had to wait at the front desk waring ropes, and it's totally ruined my experience. I expected more because it's wasn't cheap.

Breakfast was good, indoor pool and spa are great, nice rooftop

Rooftop pool was always over crowded with not enough space for everyone at the lounge chairs, parking is very expensive, overall not good value for money
