a sensational stay

Ephraim was very welcoming and helpful. They upgraded our room which was fantastic, was spotlessly clean and the position is magical - in the heart of the old city but somehow in a quiet peaceful little enclave.

The whole team managing the Boutique City Hotel were exceptional. Friendly, professional and helpful, making our stay extra special.

Wonderful hotel!

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was very helpful, the rooms were cleaned daily, and it was in a quiet area but near everything. There is a nice terrace area to sit in the evenings and look out over the city.

Pretty disappointing

The room we were in was falling apart, the walls were all cracked and paints are coming off. This is very overpriced for a property like this. However the staff is very helpful and whatsapped us before we arrived, took our luggage and offered us complementary food and there are shower gels and shampoo. Still doesnt make up for the low quality room

It doesnt look like a hotel room at all and the pics were taken nicely, it was nothing like it was in reality. We are really disappointed. The address cannot be located on google map

Wonderful location. Beautiful hip decor. Lovely hosts.

Only recommendation is to add shelving to enable guests to put clothing away out of suitcase. But this is minor. We loved and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Its is written as a 5 star hotel, in fact it is a 4 star at best apartment with no daily service. There is no facilitie

Central location in the old city made it very easy. Quite.

Bathroom crammed and small Booking said there was a bath but none to see, very pokey apartment. Inside paint was peeling and sandstone falling on the ground from the walls.

Great place for a small family to spend in the Jewish Quarter with close access to the rova, kotel plaza and local shuls

Location was outstanding. Eating on the roof you have a nice view of the churva synagogue. But going up to the second level leads you to a direct view looking down to the Temple Mount. The room was clean and organized. Small with limited amenities but comfortable enough.

Bathroom door needs darkening! Cant have see through glass also the curtain around the front door was a bit unwieldy. Otherwise great.
