Not worth the money

Nice spacious apartment.

Stay during Christmas 2023: we arrived and the temperature in the apartment was very low, it took more than 12 hours of air conditioning to the max to reach 17-18 C inside the apartment. Reception was minimally helpful, providing only one electric heater for a large apartment with two bedrooms. The apartment was cleaned only once in one week. The breakfast was awful (poor choice, poor service, every morning we had to get the table ready ourselves with plates and cutlery etc.) Staff seem always overwhelmed and unhelpful. We had only breakfast included, but we paid to have the Christmas dinner: 75 euros per person to have a normal buffet and food still frozen and not well cooked, they also tried to charge for extras we didnt have (gin and other alcohol).

Good but with terrible internet.

Beautiful pools and facilities, the staff was excellent, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We all commented on that. Breakfast was good.

Internet is close to inexistent. We had to use international hotspots to do something. The bathrooms had an odd sewage smell at times. The towels were too small and not the more comfortable ones. Hair dryer is the wall kind, cold air and very low.

very central location - walkable to grocery shops, restaurants and the beach. Great indoor pool, jacuzzi and indoor games if you are traveling winter months. Plenty of free car parking spaces. Very friendly staff.

Property itself is dated - toilet flush didnt work, there was stench of drainage as soon as we entered the room and in the hallway. Beds were great except the 4th person had to sleep on the sofa for a week.

Good central location at the Costa de Sol with easy access to Malaga, Ronda, Gibraltar, Marbella, etc. Good choice of restaurants and supermarkets near by, and only 5 minutes walk to the beach and beach bars. Hotel is well equipped with pools, fitness room and snooker/pool tables, and staff was consistently very welcoming and friendly. decent breakfast buffet, but a bit the same every day

Unsure about restaurant opening hours around Xmas, we chose half-board at the hotel. Dinners were quite a disappointment, with over-salted dishes and burned or over-cooked meat. Definitely not up to the standards of an otherwise very nice place. Will surely opt for other choices (there are plenty within short distance around the hotel)
