Very good

Very nice fresh rooms, good breakfast and a nice location, friendly people at the reception helping us with good suggestions.

Only small drawback a shower with big window and an inside curtain is not a very good solution

This hotel is very close to the Archaeological Museum and City center and within walking distance to the Venetian castle and Historical museum. It's also close to pickup point for guided tours from TripAdvsior for GetYourGuides. Staff is extremely helpful and they also offer meal voucher for different restaurants.

Good

Location is great for restaurants and nite life. Its terrible if you have a rental car though. Streets are so narrow and hard to navigate. The hotel doesnt have parking. Rather they have a contract with a local garage.

Perfect location, great breakfasts, lovely room with patio.

The. hotel is in a great location close to the museum and within walking distance of all the sites in the core area and fronting on a nice square for some green space and places to eat, right outside the main entrance. We chose a room with a patio so we could sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine in the comfort of our own space. Breakfasts were outstanding.

Not cretan original breakfast, we missed sfakiani pita.. Parking is a bit messy. Complicated elevator system.

Very good

Convenient location and very cost effective but an atypical room style

The hotel was great value for the money based on the location being extremely close to the city center. It was also close to the port so we were easily able to walk there to make our boat in the morning. I also really like the electronic do not disturb monitor inside our room instead of having to use a hang tag. The room was also clean and tidy. We didn't spend much time at the hotel or eat there so I can't say much else.

The layout of the rooms is odd. Its weird there isn't a dedicated bathroom. The shower is on the complete opposite side of the bed room from the sink. All the shapes and designs are very abstract as well.
