Very good

We will definitely stay here again.

The location, the access to a grocery store, restaurants, beach were amazing. The staff was awesome and overall was a great place to stay.

Our toilet back up but I don't hold the hotel accountable.

I wouldnt do it there again, nor would I recommend it.

The view

The price (versus the Hampton, next door) was high. The property was in need of some very overdue TLC. Like hair dryer falling off the wall, very old furniture and utilities. There was no maid service, no clean towels, trash cans not emptied, etc.

Staff was rude, non-helpful & hotel was ok but not worth it.

It was on Jekyll Island & close access to beach.

Starting with check-in, reserved & paid in advance for an oceanfront Queen room, after check in we found it wasnt ocean front or even ocean view. Returned to front desk and spoke with Kim, who told us that they had no ocean front rooms & Booking.com was the problem. Non-refundable room, so we stayed. The coffee pot was nasty! Glad I had brought my own. The complimentary breakfast? Non-existent, it was a paid restaurant. Will NOT be a place I would spend $25/night on much less the $234 we did.

Its just a way too low end for the price. And its not a hotel. Its like a hostel.

If you love water this is a location for you .

It takes 20 minutes to get the shower heater hot. You have to go to the office,, so they can turn it on in the main .

Nice place to stay with a beautiful view and quick access to everything

All of the rooms have a view of the ocean. Our room was on the third floor, was a family suite, and had an excellent view of the ocean. The Accomdations were nice, a little dated, but nice and the room was clean. This is a no frills hotel, but if you want a nice room with a view, you cant go wrong. It is away from the noise of downtown St. Augustine, but close to everything. The beach was very nice with very little crowding, very enjoyable.

The only complaint I may have is that the furniture was a little dated. The hotel looks like it has been around for awhile, but it is maintained well.
