Confirmable stay with the family

Entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Amber at the reception on the first day was great, she helped in changing the room with no hassle when we realized that the king size bed was not enough for the family. I forgot the name of the lady who was at the bar that night but she ensured to get my Old Fashioned drink even after the bar closing time as she was around, and she was very welcoming and made a perfect drink which made my day. Breakfast was included which was great! They have a rooftop bar too with nice music on. Hotel is new, rooms were super clean. Easy accessible to the city center

Free parking should be included which I assume will be included soon. I was able to get the parking on the street in front of the hotel without any hassle.

Visit the restaurant here only

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice.

The hotel put a hold of 3 times the stay amount on my card, then charged incorrectly. This hotel is brand new and you can tell there are construction issues and unfinished details like paint, trim, and lack of room lighting.

Decent hotel near the beach with great staff

The location is just a block away from the beach. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room bland but spacious.

The location is a few miles drive outside of the heart of St. Augustine and most of the main attractions and restaurants. There were no outlets near the bedside tables for charging phones or an alarm clock (just a hole where one might have belonged) and the mini-fridge was truly mini (it barely had room for two bottles of water and couldn't fit our modest container of leftovers from dinner). The only parking available is valet.

Only one elveder was working in the hall building, the clining server was very poor, and the counter service war was very bad. Breakfast was very bad food o was not informed of parking cost
