Passable

The property access is very tricky and not enough support from the rental property company to find the correct location. Try to locate for hollybranch dr on GPS and it should be close to the property.

Dirty walls. Dashboard, doors. Cabinets.. Looks like the person who clean doesn't take his or her time.. too luck around in small details..

Exceptional

This isnt our first stay there and we have been pleased each time.

The view was spectacular. Whenever we got there the hot water tank was not working but they sent the maintenance man out to fix it the following day. We were pleased with their promptness.

The spare bedroom had too firm of a mattress.

Very good

All in all we had a good vacation.

The view from porches were spectacular. Great placement in the mountains with very few neighbors.

Patio furniture could use some updating. Deck railings were in desperate need of power washing. Tile in the heart tub need a good cleaning as well as tile in kitchen. All of the outlets throughout the chalet are so worn out whatever you plug in them just falls right back out.
