Good value

Really good value, clean rooms, friendly staff, very close to the beach, small kitchen so you can eat here if you want. They also can organise trips so we bought our trip to Gili T from here - super easy to organise. They clean the rooms every day.

A cockroach got into bed with us one night which was less than ideal. I informed the staff but they didnt seem too bothered. Theres no overnight staff so no one to ask for help on how to get rid of it so it kept me awake scuttling around the room through the night. I expect to see roaches while were here, just would have been nice to get some help through the night or to have a bit of empathy in the morning as I hadnt slept. Theres also sometimes a smell of sewerage but not consistently.

Best hostel I have ever been!

The hostel stuff was super friendly and helpful, the showers and restrooms have been the best one that I have stayed in Indonesia, super clean and nothing broken. Even the dormitory is quiet and private with the curtains, the AC is set to the perfect temperature. The pool is super clean and refreshing, the food is good and affordable. 30meters to the beach. All in all just perfect!

Dorm does not feel like there are 20 beds. It is very private and beds are comfortable. Pool area is nice. 1 minute from the beach. Perfect for sunsets

Bathrooms should be cleaned multiple times a day. Sometimes bins were overloaded which was not very pleasant. The dorm is just next to the front desk and the isolation is not very good so conversations between the staff in the early morning can easily wake you up. Not particularly social.

Sweet beach location

We are in the private rooms (not dorms) and appreciate the balcony from our room that allows us to see the ocean, which is ~100 feet away. The large open window in the bathroom is also fantastic! You get complete privacy but not the stuffiness that comes from an enclosed bathroom with a small window. At first it seemed odd that the first room you walk into is the bathroom, but then it's completely logical because you can wash your feet/body in the shower before going into your room. Keeps the salt and sand out of the bed. We were super appreciative of that!
