Lovely suite.

No real glasses. Had to use the paper coffee cups Asked for a wake up call but never got it.

Disappointing

Great location and hotel, but disappointed with experience

Comfortable room, location, decor

Bathroom window into the bedroom. Delay in getting the room and inflexibility of staff (we arrived with a fragile 92 year old relative after a long journey - who just needed his room to rest, but staff could offer no solution or acceleration of the housekeeping so we were forced to wait in the lobby for 90 minutes.

Pleasant, comfortable stay. Convenient location.

Excellent facilites and services. Attentive staff

The hotel doesnt have its own parking space. Should be more clear about what parking lot you can use with discount, there are two Indigo parking lots and it is confusing. Should try to offer parking space discount on the nearest one to the hotel.
