Decent hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Location as well, in the centre and availability of restaurants and shops is priceless.

Room was too hot and the space was tiny. I could not find a space to open my suitcase so narrow was between the bad and the walls and the window.

Great location, amazing breakfast, will stay again

Exceptionnel breakfast, on a par with high end boutique hotels. NOT plastic packaged junk food. Good quality yoghurts in glass jars, good quality cheese, croissants, coffee.. and a fantastic variety.

The location was the best part of this stay. The room was just what we could ask for a 2 night stay.

The location was perfect. It was easy to walk to the river and downtown Toulouse. We were in town for the rugby world cup, and it was easy to take the train from our location to as close to the stadium as possible.

It was unnaturally hot for September. The AC didn't work as well as it should have. We also couldn't open the window without our privacy being compromised because the "balcony" outside connected to another room and then to stairs that went down into the courtyard.

Surprisingly lovely hotel, reasonably priced in excellent location near the Capitol Plaza.

Excellent location, very helpful staff, very good facilities.

The room thermostat did not work properly. We should have called to have it serviced but did not.

Great place. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was terrific. Fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs, many kinds of bread, yogurt, cheese, meats, bacon and sausage, cereals, and more. The coffee was from a machine and was okay, not great. But everything else was top notch. Staff were very friendly and helpful with the two small issues I had in my room. Response was immediate, and problems were solved quickly.

Room was too small for a king size bed, but i only used the room to sleep in, so it wasnt an issue.

Great location, comfortable room, good value for money.

Great location and very convenient to visit major attractions in the city with walking distance. Room is spacious enough and good value for money. Staff were courteous and spoke good English.

The only minor problem was that I needed to tell reception to get the bathroom cleaned every day - which was what I had requested upon check-in but the femme de mnage seemed to forget every day. Or had she not been instructed properly by the reception?
