Free mini bar in room(although the chocolate was awful!) The bed was AMAZING! And shower pressure was awesome

Exceptional

Bathroom and toilet separate booth. So one need not wait another to take shower. Very close to airport as in few hundred footsteps. Check in was super fast. Hassle-free. Pillows were ample.

Clean and good location

Location is prefect as it is just walking distance to the city center Room is clean and Bedding is comfortable. Especially the large LCD TV provide endless entertainment. Shower is good

Only the parking is not free as compared to others. The Parking is Divide into 2 types. 20 NZ for unlimited parking reserved by the Hotel which is share by the public. If there is not available, the Hotel Offer Valet parking at 35 a day.

The staff were the best staff we have encountered in ages. They pro-actively engaged us when we were walking thru the foyer, asked if we were looking for good coffee stops whilst out etc. (Fabian) actually stopped on the street outside the hotel to check on our directions. Other staff over the 4 days came up to us when we were waiting in the foyer, the restaurant staff were delightful & proactive. We thought perhaps this is a CHCh thing but realised that if it is then wow that's some standard they have set for themselves. We don't normally compete these surveys but both really appreciated staff being on the front foot & genuinely so. Well done

The shower rose (on the slider) was crap, wouldn't stay up & kept on sliding down. It was a real pain.

Very convenient location, close to shops and eateries Very convenient bathroom arrangement, 2 person can do their things for the same time Staffs were very helpful & very friendly Many pillows to choose

Some TV channel was not clear enough Bed were too soft (well-worn), not comfortable for spine
