Great swimming pool

The swimming pool was the reason I chose this hotel and it was perfect.

I have never been to a hotel which didnt have nice, warm bed linen before. I went into my room and thought my bed was unmade and didnt even have a duvet on it. As it turns out what looked like a rumpled, unmade sheet was the duvet. Also Cambridge North, as a location, sucks. There is nowhere to go and nothing to do.

Quiet, clean & lovely breakfast

Literally right next to the train station, very clean and Morden hotel. I absolutely loved the bathroom. I would definitely visit this hotel Again. The only issue I had was are ac was not working properly so we couldnt adjust the temperature in the room but reception could change it.

Bathroom structure and cleanliness, location is very good. The breakfast was not disappointing and staff are super friendly.

The staff were friendly. I like the fact that they helped my husband to secretly decorate our room in order to surprise me upon our arrival for our marriage anniversary. I did not know hotels do that so it was nice to have that. Thank you.

Brilliant family overnight stop and the facilities were excellent

Brilliant staff - room was all laid out ready for us and we loved the little bag of activities for our little one. Breakfast was also excellent.

Very quiet dark comfortable room with comfortable bed and quality linen. Our room overlooked the train tracks but we didnt hear a single sound due to soundproofing glass. New, modern, spotlessly clean. We caught the bus or train from right beside the hotel to central Cambridge (very frequent services) and back a few times. We would 100% stay again.

Nice stay

Lovely clean hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Watsapp communication down to reception instead of phone in the room- good idea but maybe an issue for people that don't have smart phones. There was a mix up with rooms NYE, was frustrating but handled professionally. Train station and bus route right next to the hotel so easy links into Cambridge central . The hotel is on a industrial kind of estate with nothing more than a Co op and a bus terminal there. Was nice and quiet though with a modern gym etc

Parking was very vague. Although I'd read it was an additional cost and at the side of the hotel I didnt expect to drive straight to a ampr camera. If you're following sat nav you will go by the parking facility before you get to the hotel straight into a drop off/disabled area. You have 20 mins before it will charge you via ampr. So when I was trying to work out the entrance to park properly time was ticking. Could be easily fixed by sending a generic text or email explaining the parking is before the hotel and not to go into the ampr section.

Lovely hotel in a great location , out of the city but easy to get to the city from.

Lovely entrance, well maintained, good size room, pool area.

We were in 101 the only complaint ( advise) was our room smelt unpleasant on entry. It was fine after a while but noticeable when entering the room each time. Pool area very small , no room for towels to be hung or seating.
