Location is SUPER! Truly incredible spot.

Heating! Weather was not cold and even though heating was off in our room, the hotel itself was quite hot and we could not turn on the AC.

Very friendly, but loud hotel

Very modern and friendly interior, large and comfortable rooms, very close to the city centre

Extremely loud rooms due to its location next to two clubs. Rooftop terrace was closed during our stay.

Comfortable hotel worth your money especially if you go there to sleep mainly

Small but comfortable, clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is near all touristic spots and shopping areas but the street itself is far from being upscale! Unfortunately a lot of homeless around who mind their own business!

Started great, had bumps, finished okay

Really great location few minutes from metro station and lots to do around, and nice restaurant area

We woke up the second day with bedbugs crawling on our bed. We jumped out of bed at 2am, asked for a new room, and after explaining to reception that we would not stay in that room even if sheets and pillows were changed, we got relocated to another room, we had no issues on the new one. However the property has no protocol for this situation, we had to wash all our clothes and iron them at our own expenses of money and time. The hotel did send a exterminator to put in product on the new and old room :) We were not offered any compensation, which would be nice since we lost a whole day doing laundry and obsessing over the probability of carrying them with us at home. Not sure if was informed, maybe i glanced over but the rooftop area is closed during winter time, which is a shame.
