Functional hotel with good location

The location was great close to all landmarks

The bathroom and toilets offer no privacy. Only mirror is the one above the sink with very poor lighting. So no full length mirror to get dressed and poor lighting.

Location was excellent. Staff super friendly and helpful. We were immediately offered complimentary coffees on arrival. The onsite spa was a bonus - had a very nice facial treatment and massage. Bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom very clean and reception area warm and welcoming.

The bedroom was quite cramped (our son's was much more spacious so just the luck of the draw I guess) and looked onto an inside area meaning that if you opened the window, the smell of cooking from the kitchen was quite unpleasant. We found the room very hot and so needed to open the window.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and will stay at our next visit as well.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The rooms clean and neat. Location was absolutely perfect. The value for money for this hotel was absolutely amazing.

Everything was good about the hotel. Nothing that i didnt like.

Bed bugs!

Unfortunately on the morning of check out we woke up and noticed a bed bug on our bed. We told reception, and were disappointed at their indifference or lack of alarm at this news. For us, it was horrifying! Having been abroad numerous times, at numerous hotels, we have never once found a bed bug. When we arrived home we took action to make sure we didn't bring any with us inside our home - this led to a number of pieces of clothing and bags ruined due to having to wash everything on a high heat. We contacted the hotel about this - twice! - and they have ignored us both times. This is very, very disappointing. We appreciate bed bugs are something a hotel never wants to encounter. But for a 4 star hotel to be almost indifferent to them and then ignore any contact is terrible, terrible form. Save yourself the stress and headache!

Location us superb close to all attractions in Athens , safe area a lot of restaurants close by Breakfast - super recommended , a lot of choices from the menu Restaurant - for dinner excellent and super recommended we loved the food the service is great

Cosy Hotel & Great Location

Great Location with shops everywhere. Lots of good restaurants around too.

Narrow road and not recommended when you have a group traveling together as big coach is not able to drive in. Hence the whole group needs to drag their bags to the square for their transfer.

The Gem of Athens

A beautiful warm and welcoming hotel in a super central location. Easy to find by metro from the airport. Room was nicely furnished and bed super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

My room was an interior room the curtains didnt quite close enough to block the outside lighting

Nice hotel

The location was great, main attractions were in 10-15 minutes by feet. Breakfest was also delicious. Clean rooms. Safe street. Lovely christmas decorations in lobby.

A club next to hotel,their music is till 2:00 AM only on weekwnds so overall we could sleep
