Thiruvananthapuram home stay

Nice home stay If you are coming for a hop over journey. The owners are very kind and helpful, the property is designed aesthetically. Would recommend to have food at the property, they cook really nice and tasty meals

Location - a bit inside, but still good for a day's stay as it's just 15 mins from the airport

Nice ane comfortable

The house is a gem of architecture. There are plants everywhere which make it very unique. Its right beside a small backwater as well. Hosts are super nice.

There are small lanes to reach the house, can be a problem if youre driving. Although we did see cars.

Great host to feel safe and comfortable

It's cozy, sooper comfort, clean and peaceful place. I was with my parents stayed here and the hospitality by the couple owners and the grandma wad truly commendable. It's a true review I had to give to this host because they took care of us so so good. Thank sir, madam and amma. God bless you all.

Warm host.

Location too remote. If you plan to visit frequently during your stay you will end up wasting lot of time and fuel. For example if you have a child and need to visit here frequently for feeding or changing....it is very difficult.

We loved the stay at this place. They feeded our bellies with amazing authentic cuisines and treated us like family Although the place was a little far from main city but must visit for the experience! They were very cooperative. There's also a river flowing close to the property and the house is airy and beautiful

So-so property if interested in sightseeing

The house was nice. Family was kind and helpful - they offered us an extra umbrella and dropped us to our location, when we were having trouble finding a cab, at slightly higher than a cab fare.

1. The location of the house is away from the city. If you have come with the intention of sightseeing in the city, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Ola/Uber cabs won't come except for autos. 2. The owner has an extra key to the room and they entered our room without our knowledge when we were out of the house which is not cool. 3. Wifi wasn't working so not ideal for people looking to WFH. 4. Language can be a problem for communication if you don't speak Malayalam which is not necessarily a bad thing.

We cancelled booking after reaching this place as way to this property is not good, its through narrow lanes and water logged roads. We didn't feel safe due to to location as we had to travel to airport midnight. Even our driver was not ready to stay there till midnight although he was local.
