Good hotel and easy access to the centre

Good location, we had a good view Staff were friendly and pleasant, they were accommodating

Could have been cleaner. We hadnt included breakfast in our stay, but usually in hotels you get at least some complimentary water and coffee making facilities in the room.

Very comfortable hotel in excellent location

Great comfort in excellent central location, room with interesting view onto indoor mall. Large windows that could be opened properly, and free drink if guest agreed to forgo room cleaning!

There was no soap in the bathroom other than liquid in a bottle fixed to the wall at chest height, fine for showering but no good for bathing. The shower basin overflowed as the rubber seal at the bottom of the door was missing. We reported this to the reception three times but it was never fixed. Not a big problem, we just wedged a towel under the door and used another towel to mop up afterwards, but other guests may not be so accepting! A pity as everything else was brilliant.

Right in the heart of the old town

The location was amazing, close to the train station and historical center. In the middle of everything yet still peaceful. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was spacious and the breakfast variety was more than satisfactory.

Exceptional

the location is very good, just next to the city center. you can find all historical viewpoint by foot. The room is very large, clean and comfortable. We stayed with a baby and got a crib after requesting online.

The parking garage is a public one and quite expensive.

Awful experience. Be advice !

The location of the hotel

It was very cold in the room, I called at the reception and they didnt do anything for this. Moreover, they came in to the room after 30-45 minutes at 12 oclock in the night and offered is another room but ot was too late, all our luggages was opened. I dont recommend anybody to stay there.
