Around 50% of rooms have no view/natural light, but they are still beautiful and comfortable. The location is great and the service is excellent. One guest was chosen as "guest of the day" and given (Read More)upgraded room and breakfast, but not sure why. The hotel is fantastic with a unique location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and high-quality dinner. The rooms are cozy and clean. The spa is a must-visit. Overall, highly recommended.

Disappointing

Very nice lobby, breakfast area

First We had two rooms that did not connect (we are a family of 4)that was odd. I had requested this ahead of time but they said they could not fulfill. Worst of all one of the rooms was extremely outdated and not at all like a 5 star hotel, old furniture and all black with scratches on the furniture and headboard of bed. I complained to the desk manager but nothing was done. All in all, hotel could be so nice (building is beautiful, lobby, etc) but the terrible outdated and dark rooms take away from any glamour. Should be more a 4 star at most.

The pool, the building main lounge and breakfast was excellent . Size is room and bathroom

The room - colours dark, lie ceiling and part of new building. The view.

Spa, beds, staff, hotel lobby, breakfast, hotel bar, its all amazing, absolutely incredible stay and will be going back. Staff went above and beyond for us to make us happy. The breakfast is incredible. Spa is amazing and empty a lot of the time. Beautiful hotel. Cant recommend enough

Very good

Lovely stay but expected more considering the high price

Good locations, historical amazing building, the spa was very good, the breakfast was amazing with a lot of options and the room was quite warm during very cold December nights

I expected the room to have a better view, the view was really really disappointing.
