Amazing stay in an amazing city in an amazing place.

The breakfast was very good ... the location was excellent. The rooms and the property were great. The thing that mae this an amazing stay was everyone who worked there were amazing people. Please tell the owners of the property to give raises to everyone. A first class experience all the way through. Very knowledgable about everything, very helpful, and very nice people.

Impressive modern hotel in the heart of Prague offering amazing value, great food and amenities

Excellent breakfast to start with. Great location. Friendly and thoughtful staff. Exceptional interiors, very clean. Rooms spacious and equipped with necessary detail. Scandinavian style. Great bathrooms, very functional and easy to use. State of the art electronics, everything button operated. Beautiful design and architecture. Great bar with surprisingly good deserts. Gym on site. Great value for money. The reception manager was exceptional , she was super supportive and thoughtful. Symcha at the breakfast was amazing, and Jan at the bar went out of his way to make us feel at home.

Amazing Hotel Room and Location - Service levels lower than expected

The rooms were awesome, great design, huge amount of space. The location was perfect to see the sights of Prague. Parking was also great, we have a big new car and we felt safe with it parked in the hotel garage.

Breakfast took an hour to be delivered and arrived warm not hot. No apology from staff. Service was sub par compared to other hotels we have stayed in. Note this didn't apply to front desk staff who were friendly and efficient.

We loved the property which has been updated with an exquisite design, unfortunately the food service and quality is not

Huge room with the best contemporary design

We decided to have Christmas dinner at the hotel and the price we paid for was definitely not in line with the quality both of the food and service we were expecting for this kind of property. Too over priced for a self service buffet that was not properly advertised on the info provided ahead of the booking. Quite disappointing to be honest.

Perfect Stay

This is the first time I am pleased 100% about an hotel. The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff is exceptional. The hotel rooms are very comfortable you feel like you are at home. The location is perfect as it is near a tram station and in the middle of luxury hotels place. I would definitely recomment!
