Very central friendly and close comfortable place to stay.

Great location. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent - many delicious choices. Room very comfortable with all the facilities.

The light inside the wardrobe stayed on even when the door was shut which was strange.

Great place

Breakfast was good, although staff was too young and sometimes a bit inexperienced in my view. Sometimes they were talking among themselves instead of taking care of tables, and that happened during my stay. The hotel is very nice and it is very well located, the space is very intimate and rooms very clean.

As I said some of the personnel seem not to care to give the extra mile, but in general the experience with the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Very good

Good location, secure parking, nice rooms.

Good location for the city centre. Lots of restaurants nearby. Secure underground parking accessed from a nearby street - check location before you go though as it is in the one way system. Large, well furnished room.

Arrived quite late. Restaurant was still open but no one there to serve us. So we went elsewhere.

Superb

Excellent location. Very attentive staff at the reception. They asked if I was in Valencia for the marathon. When they knew that I was, I got a special treatment. Room is comfy.

Room was on the site of Cr. Colon, so Monday morning it was a bit noisy from the busyness of the street.

Bad

The unwillingness to reimburse my booking as I had double booking while all hotels were full and there was a waiting list. Therefore although I did not need the room and stayed in another hotel I checked in so the room could not be resold. Sad to have to do that.

Great city hotel as a base for exploring wonderful Valencia

Incredibly central location yet so quiet the minute you stepped inside. Great team of young staff always keen to help. Very good hotel breakfast.

A couple of minor repairs in our room were disappointing but didnt affect our overall enjoyment.

Lovely comfy bed, nice decor, quality breakfast choice, smooth check and check out. Good location

Poor room design. Not enough storage. Terribly designed bathroom. Water from the shower goes everywhere and ventilation is poor.. Rust and peeling wallpaper evident throughout. Bad lighting too. Windows appear faulty, too, as couldn't open and close some of them properly. Not a 4 star - needs work to bring it up to standard.

Cozy hotel with a memorable design. The room was rather small but had everything I needed. Nice breakfast. Perfect location.

I looked under the bed before leaving to be sure I didn't lose anything and that area definitely had not been cleaned for a long time (dust, previous guest sock) The menu in the restaurant was a bit unusual, I would appreciate having a couple of classic or at least vegetarian dishes
