Lovely stay in Budapest

Hotel NH Budapest City has a great location. All main attractions in the city center are within walking distance of the hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean and warm. The staff was very friendly and polite. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely reception, polite staff, comfortable beds, asked for slippers and a robe and they brought them straight away but they werent in the room when we arrived. Nice area, right next to an opera house. Big thanks to the parking security, he was very helpful.

450 for 2 nights is too much. The furniture is old, room is pretty dark, sun doesnt even get through the windows, bathroom had hairs on the wall. 450 for two nights is ridiculous. No hooks in the bathroom.

Great location, staff were for the most part were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of food.

The receptionist at check in was very rude and accused us of jumping the queue. When it become apparent we did not, she offered no apology and was very curt. Other than this the other staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location was good

The bathroom were dirty once we arrived. Floor was full of hair, walls were full of dirt and the bathtub was dusty.

Very good

All in all, a pleasant stay and a great location.

Comfortable room which was clean, together with efficient helpful staff made for an effective stay.

The shower is a real issue! The shower head does not fit well within the holder and continually sprays against the shower glass which leads to drenching the toilet, which in turn becomes slippery and messy!
