Loved everything

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel interior is amazing, staff is great. Metro station is in front of the hotel so every place is really easy to visit. Parking around is easy to find.

City parking is pricey for whole day, so you should probably pay for garage.

Very nice place to stay in Budapest

Very clean; located next to the railway station and very close to metro; complimentary water, tea and coffe.

It is very nice; maybe lacks some personal charm, however the interior design does have lovely accents: red color and a map of Budapest

Great location

Great location near the main Metro station, recommended if you have train journey with luggage. You can easily go to the center by metro as well in front of the hotel.

It will be great if there were a fitness center, it is something not available in every hotel.

very nice room , clean , great location very good breakfast and very good price

a rescheduled if a flight happened and the hotel didn't do anything about it first time I m seeing something like this. "I informed them more than a week in advance that my flight was cancelled and I would arrive a day later, but they did nothing. No refund, no other action whatsoever. And it wasn't my fault, but the airline's."

A new hotel on a Perfect location

This was my second time here, I still cannot get bored of the great location, and the comfortable bed which guarantees a good night sleep. Breakfast had a great selection as well.

We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. Front desk personnel was kind to answer our inquiries.

Their breakfast is great. Also conveniently located to get to Keleti Station. Easy to get a taxi and be dropped off at the hotel since we have an elderly in our group.

Nothing. Maybe they can add conditioner to the toiletries provided.
