Wonderful.

The selection of restaurants was varied and the food quality excellent at reasonable cost. I enjoyed the art books in the lobby areas. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Shuttle buses could be more frequent, but not a big problem as Grab was readily available everywhere.

Hotel is very new and rooms are quite spacious - excellent facilities. Great breakfast - best actually during our 2 week stay in Vietnam. Service level was very good Overall very enjoyable stay - but be aware that this is a huge complex including a casino. Go if you want to have a beach hotel with all amenities but don't look for authenticity

Everything about this place. My daughter loved the water slide and kids club. Best resort for kids. My wife loved the Casino. I loved the food, spa, customer service. I was sick onedayand felt like eating only papaya, bread and jam and the room service brought that to me at night wventhough its not in room service and they didnt even charge me. They called to check in the next day to see if I was ok. Such small things really make your stay memorable. Kudos to all the staff there.

Resort is 20 mins by shuttle service to Hoi An. You just need to plan in advance.

We did love the hotel and facilities, the food and the staff were all fantastic. Hope to come back.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Big bathrooms with good amenities. The pools were fantastic - great for families. Breakfast was amazing. Such a huge variety and all delicious. Facilities were new, clean and pristine. Good distance from Hoi An.

The mattresses were too hard for both my husband and I. I was surprised there was no turndown service for the price point. Clearly there are some issues from the river flowing into the sea which is why no one was swimming in the water - but I did see some work being done by a digger to remedy that. We specifically chose to stay by the beach, rather than at a hotel in town with a pool, so maybe a free upgrade wouldve been a decent compensation for the fact that we couldnt swim in the water at the beach.

Excellent stay. Room is nice and comfortable. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

Level of service is very high. Staff from reception, dining, pool, shuttle bus, concierge are friendly, courteous and eager to please.

Location is outside Hoi An. Beach is not clean or suitable for cleaning.

Amazing facilities and super welcoming staff. Shuttle bus into the ancient town of very convenient to check out all the town has to offer. Very relaxing and top class facilities.
