People / Staff, Nem is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great.

Run down room with mouldy walls. No separation between shower and toilet, everything gets wet. Noisy street.

i would come back.

Location is very nice and Anh, the manager, is really helpful and a nice person. she arranged an airport pick up which just worked perfect. also the bus to da nang was arranged by her. she organizes breakfast for you, if you like. windows could be open, aircondition worked fine. no elevator ( in case you need one). best pho just 2 doors across the street.

you could hear everything from the lower level upstairs, but i guess it is everywhere in vietnam like this. nothing earplugs cant help with. some mosquitos in the room.

The location is great and the host was very nice. Laundry service was available and we could book a bus to our next travel destination directly at the accommodation. Room size was good and the bed was confy.

There is a some mold in the room and bathroom.

Good place to stay in Hoi An

Very close to Hoi An Ancient Town, and the famous sandwich shop is just around the corner. The host was super friendly and informative. Good restaurants recommendations from her. The house is very clean, including your room and bathroom.

There is a bathtub in our room, but was broken (not well secured, so we cannot use, just taking shower outside on the floor (its not a problem at all). Just that its there, but not working! The bathroom is still very spacious.
