Nice pool/yard area that makes you feel out of town even if you are right in the center of it

There was a bad smell of sewage coming from toilet/bathroom. I have reported it and i am sure they will look after it

Central location

Our room was located right on top of a very noisy bar. If you plan to sleep before 3AM forget about it or check that your room is not on that area of the hotel. The towels were dirty with stains and smelled used. We asked for new ones and they were also kinda shabby with blood stains.Overall not a good value for the price. We paid 130 eu per night, yet the experience felt like 50 eu Would not recommend, there are much better places in Ayia Napa.

Best All Inclusive Package and hotel

The hotel itself is nice, the staff are amazing. The restaurants attached to the hotel are amazing and very close proximity to the beaches, the main square, and downtown bar area. The pool and daybeds were always available, the breakfast buffet was massive and very good food. I did the all inclusive package and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the buffet, a la carte food and cocktails, and the a la carte restaurants. The Japanese restaurant turns into a supper club that is much nicer than the bars in town so it was very convenient to have dinner and stay for the dj. Beautiful space, people, food and drinks. And free, easy parking.

The rooms were standard, nothing too exciting but the hotel itself was great. Don't stay in your rooms too much in Napa.

Good location for the hotel but some things are outdated or dirty

The pool and the location of the hotel

Bathtub was old and the bedsheets were never changed even if I spent a week there. The carpet in the whole hotel has incredibly dirty. Food at the poolside bar was not good.
