Amazing, just amazing!!!!

The location is great, close to the beach, with restaurants and markets at a walking distance. The room was spectacular, and sparkling clean. The staff all around were the nicest and kindest people ever, always kind, happy to help at whatever with a smile on their face, we even got a nice surprise in our room for my wifes birthday - they think of everything, to make the trip as enjoyable as possible for us the guests, there are no words, just thank you very much for a remarkable experience!!!!

Superb

Grand suite is really spacious and perfect for a family holiday. Breakfast is very good, and I liked that they welcomed us with fruit basket, wine, and some snacks.

Beds were not comfortable, very soft mattress.

We received two single beds, and even after complaining and being told, we would get a double bed. we were still giving two single beds with a double topper and were told there isn't any double mattress in the whole hotel. This was very sad as this was our anniversary holiday and we had just got engaged a day before arriving. My fianc fell through the middle of the bed. The bed kept splitting apart. The lights in the rooms are very bright (florescent lights), horrible to come back to in the evening. Breakfast was the same every morning (which is pretty standard) we didn't eat in their restaurant so can't comment on that. We ate at some restaurant and other hotel across from this one. Never used the pool as it is very small. The gym was ok.

The hotel very clean and with a great pool! The breakfast was rich and the room was pretty big. Easy access for the beach and few minutes from Ayia Napa center.

- Free, secure onsite parking; - Modern and stylish interior design; - Fabulous Boho style design in the outdoor pool area; - Junior Suite was larger than others we have stayed in; - Junior Suite was clean and well-lit with a beautiful sea view; - Complimentary bottled still water offered to guests; - High quality hot and cold beverages offered to guests; - Coffee machine and four capsules provided to guests in the Junior Suite; - Electronic safe offered to guests in the rooms. Safe firmly attached to integrated closet; - High quality cosmetics (shampoo, shower gel and body lotion) provided to guests; - Fast, free Wi-Fi provided to guests. Internet speed was measured at 180 Mbps in the room; - Professional and friendly staff. Particular highlights were Paraskevas and Gabriel at the Pool Bar; - Well presented, nicely garnished and top-notch cocktails served at the Pool Bar. The cocktails were made using quality alcoholic drinks; - Entry to the Spa & Fitness centre was included in the room rate. The Spa covers the basics. There are a couple of saunas (Finnish, steam), a couple of Jacuzzis, an indoor swimming pool and a relaxation area. There are also changing rooms for men and women with lockers, several showers and a toilet; - Towels are provided to guests in the Spa changing rooms free of charge; - Robes and slippers for the Spa are provided to guests in the room free of charge; and - Excellent breakfast buffet with a good selection of fruits and veggies, smoothies, pastries, waffles and pancakes amongst others. There is also an omelette station.

Fantastic hotel. Staff and amenities A+

The staff especially reception are fantastic. Always happy and helpful. Hotel is lovely, our room was large and clean. The new restaurant is great. Pool has a relaxing vibe, and the hotel is not too far from the hustle, making it easy to walk to and from or there is a taxi stand right out front.
