MyRus Resort Langkawi is a nice place with unique rooms suitable for families. The rooms have a cool igloo design that allows for interesting sound reflections. The hotel is great for kids with pools (Read More) and enjoyable activities. However, improvements are needed in terms of room cleanliness, room service, and breakfast. The entrance should also be cleared of trees. Overall, the resort offers good value, a convenient location, and comfortable accommodations for families.

Will remember your kindness to let me early entrance.

Breakfast was good comfortable and relaxing places for parents and the kids enjoy playing at mini water theme park. Suits the price with given relaxing, beautiful scenery. To be honest it was short time for us to enjoy here.. next time will come again. Thank you again to the team. They allow me to early check in due to unavoided circumstances. Otherwise we dont know where to go to prepare for our next special event. Thanks you again guys

Worst place. This needs to be banned

Worst experience. Dirty sheets, towels. No spoon, plate in the room. Breakfast all rotten and stale. No hot water. Shower and toilet together no separation which makes all Wet. Staff very rude and unfriendly dont want to help. Found lizard inside the room which was horrifying. Really this is the worst place I have found . Even motel are much better than this

Food is limited and the place is at the top, but they send a buggy down for you till 11 pm.

Decent but has potential to be better.

Staff were friendly. Quiet, not crowded. Good placd to relax for families with young children. Great views, situated within Natural settings and children friendly colours, deco and slides. Unique niche as they combine nature with kid friendly features. Breakfast was decent.

Such a pity that the facilities are good but not well maintained. Nice igloo shaped rooms with cartoon murals but paint was fading. Slide steps were rusty and tiles in pool were popping out. They can do more w the restaurant which doesnt serve dinner. The slope towards entrance is a nightmare as no grab driver wants to come up the slope for pickup. If these are addressed, this has potential to be a very good resort for families with young kids.

Very bad hotel. Location no good, hotel very dirty, room not comfortable and no one cleaning during the days. breakfast terrible!! Hotel very bad! Not recommend.
