A disappointment

The location of the hotel is great. However, it shouldn't be 4 stars.

The re-used food from the day before or from lunch made me sick. The sewage smell in the hotel lobby and restaurant area. The rude staff. The fact that they have no rules when it comes to the sun beds being booked in advance by guests and then going for shopping. The rooms outdated I think from like the 60's. Definitely not worth the money and 4 stars.

A chilled oasis set yet perfectly located for the Yumbo

Great location, in the heart of things but feels a quiet oasis around the pool. Restaurant food excellent - fresh and varied choice. Staff very attentive.

It's definitely a great value stay. Very much worth booking if you're going to

Great facilities, although a little worn in places. Amazing breakfast. Lovely staff and service. Pretty much everything is good about the hotel.

Had a little bug problem in my bathroom, which was unsolved. Although the staff did try their best to fix it.

Superb

Booked to return next year, so I think that says it all.

Location and most staff where very friendly. There was a good selection of foods for all meals.

We would have preferred a room with a pool view, has requested. We had the option of moving halfway through our holiday but decided not to. The room we had was fine, no major issues. One or two of the staff appeared very unfriendly.
