Very recommendable

The staff was great. Everything is very new and the room was really comfortable. It has a hairdryer. It is very well communicated with the historic center by tram (nearest stop is 5min from the hotel) or walking (30min). The neighbourhood was really cool, with things to do and to eat/drink.

There is no parking. However, there is a discount if you park in the Cit du Vin parking (15/day). Also, there is a public free parking 5 mins away from the hotel, but it is not super big, so it is possible you can't find a spot.

Fine location, quiet.

Staff were rude. They talked us into buying the breakfast deal ($60 total for 2 days which is overpriced given the options) and when we came down at 9:30 (breakfast ends at 10) all the food was basically gone. We asked if we could opt out of breakfast since the eggs were all gone, all the jams were used up, there was literally one pancake left and the manager took a look and said theres food, and we will make more. My boyfriend was upset and went back to the room. I waited for 15 min to see if more food came out, and none did. I eventually went to try the one left pancake- it was inedible as it was cold and had been sitting out. Nothing was replenished. Felt like the staff enjoyed watching us suffer. We have stayed at a Moxy before and never had this issue.

Superb

Great location next to the food halls and the waterfront, walking distance to the next tram stop to go downtown, great little garden (with games!) and lobby area with more games, books and working/reading area. Kids can run around on the traffic free square next to the hotel. Made us feel like taking some extra time to be spent in and around the hotel. A really cool feature is the photo booth in the lobby. Food options look nice, too (though we did not try).

The music in the lobby is a bit too loud, it makes working, reading and conversation difficult.
