I reserved a Queen bed room but the bed was merged double single beds > twin beds with a big gap in middle . Important is when I claim they said it is a German standard ! Staff of hotel think they are the one who knows and we a travellers dont know what is different between QUEEN BED to twin beds . Then in additional: The shower docciawas broken and room was not clean Not Nice!

Great hotel near to airport. Had a lovely bar area and the choice of breakfast was excellent. All the staff we met were polite and professional and was attentive.

Disappointing

Not bad,but certainly could improve a lot for this kind of money

Clean,very close to airport.

Check in from 3pm. I arrived at 12 and was asked to come back not sooner than 3pm. This is logical. But when I came back at 2:45 pm there were people already beeing checked in and even going to the elevator. I wasn't offered to wait in the lobby in the first place. No kettle or even a glass in the room. You have to go to a restaurant to have a tea or even drink water not directly from a bottle. Thin walls. You can hear people's voices or mobile phone rings from other rooms. Also you can hear someone else take a shower and the pipes making loud noises when someone else in different room uses the shower. If you want to have a good sleep,this place is not the best choice.
