Unclean, Loud & Unsafe

Nothing. It was just awful in every respect.

Unclean, sticky, and grimy room. The smoke detector, toilet seat, and remote were broken. Loud music and shouting from other patrons 24/7, and the staff did nothing about it. Grounds were covered in trash, broken glass, and discarded food.

The location was in a comfortable area for shopping and eating out.

I didn't stay long in my room due to a mouse, so I checked out early, and the toilet in the room didn't flush.

Everything it was old food In the microwave it was hella old food spots on the wall hella dirt stains I checked in at 11:30 at night and was gone by 2am cuz we found a total of 3 roaches it smelled like hella old as cigarettes when u walk in the room only had 1 set of towels

Management is poor; doesn't care much for guests. Staff is what keeps things running.

Staff is outstanding. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is excellent. I've stayed at this location several times.

"New" management is a big disappointment. No public microwave is available any longer. Staff had to give lame excuses when asked why. The pool was chain locked and unavailable during several hot days. Again, staff had to give lame excuses. Morning coffee was not available for several days because "wrong coffee was ordered." There's a supermarket across the street. Advice: Take some money from petty cash and go buy some in the interim.
