Friendly staff

Business center, none in existence The shower drain backs up on to the bath room floor.Told maintenance, nothing happened. Charged for water during the dinner. Not the bottled water which I did not take, only tap water in a lemon twist. The did not show me the bill till I checked out and, therefore, they kept charging me without I knowing about it. Suggest that they notify customer if they are going to charge for water as that practice is very, very uncommon.

Infra is very good, Food needs improvement. Especially BF

Parking, ambience & over all infrastructure. Front office staff is well behaved. Restro ambience is very good, But...

But Food is not upto the mark with the Infrastructure. Breakfast was below average & Dinner Offered was just ok. No WOW factor.

Durgapur's Gem

The rooms are neat and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the facilities top notch. The food was delicious and the service, impeccable! Piyali Roy, the front office executive, was an absolutely precious host. Responsive, supportive and smiling .. the epitome.

There was no WiFi details shared whole checking in and the AC helped in keeping me warm.

After entering into the Hotel every thing is good with friendly staff. However, before entering the hotel, i.e. location of the hotel is not looks like a location of 3 star hotel.
