Very lovely home, very comfortable beds, great back yard. Host was attentive and very nice.

Safe stay in north Las Vegas

Obviously the home has been recently renovated, and it was very clean. The pool area was comfy and there was plenty of seating in the back yard. Easy to find, easy parking. Safe location.

Backyard is on a busy-ish street, so primary bedroom could feel a bit loud at night. This didn't bother us. I guess we also didn't realize that the host stays on property in an RV on the carport just outside the door to the primary bedroom; in photos, the carport is open, so this addition must be recent. Although we never saw her, our host responded to our needs and questions quickly, and we didn't have any problems, but future travelers might like to know that.

The house itself is nice that was the only good thing about the stay

The property its self is nice.

I didnt like that it doesnt give all the property descriptions I didnt know there was a property manager staying two steps away from the bedroom in an RV they said that they come and go but she stayed there the entire time and none of those policies about pool heating extra or $75 a day none of the rules that the property manager sent me was on booking so it was a little deceiving to be paying for a private property and I was actually sharing with the owner in the description it doesnt tell you that the garage is locked in off-limits theres a door in the bedroom that leads outside to the RV that the owner can lock from the outside but you cannot lock from the inside Upon my check in time I was 15 minutes late of check-in and owner was still cleaning when we walked in told us to give her a couple of minutes while she finish sweeping and cleaning up the bedrooms this is with a 4 oclock afternoon check-in

AMAZING HOST & AMAZING HOME...YOU WONT FIND ANYTHING BETTER THAN THIS ONE! LOVE, LOVE LOVE!!!

Words cannot describe how impeccable this home is & I was thoroughly happy there! I was so LUCKY to have found this place we found on Booking.com. IT IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN Las Vegas EVER! You would be hard pressed to find anything better. TRUST ME! I absolutely adore the host too. He is truly wonderful, hospitable, friendly, accommodating and just gets it 150%. I LOVE LOVE LOVE his place! In fact, I loved it so much, I messaged him during our stay and wrote a long thank you to tell him so. He has put so much love into this home, and it certainly shows! He is such an amazing decorator and literally has thought of everything a person could ever want during their stay. He supplies comfy Robes, high-end linens, beautiful window treatments, lovely furniture, upgraded everything and spares no expense on keeping his guests happy. It's absolutely perfect and so gorgeous, and just a true rarity to find! It has all the original and beautiful woodwork from when homes were built to last, but don't let that fool you to think it's just old because he has totally updated all throughout without losing its charm. He has put in all the modern conveniences a person could ever want. It's clean, and truly unique and it's clear he wants his guests to enjoy every aspect of his lovely home. It's a one level home and so beautifully decorated, but very clean and comfortable.. He truly goes above and beyond! It has a nice seating area upon entering the home and across that room is a dining area lined with nice high back chairs with place settings set at the dining table. Beautiful rugs throughout the entire house of luxurious animal furs. As you enter the kitchen, there is a dishwasher with supplies to use it, garbage disposal and I love the deep sink and he has the most original & cool little dish-drying rack. I've never seen one like it.
