Very good

Ideal quiet short-stay location

Only there 8pm to 6am but ideal for short stay. Modern, spotless, well equipped, own entrance, very quiet. Ceiling is low ( Im 6 foot 4 ) but Sarah had emailed ahead of time to check, and it was absolutely fine.

Heating was off, and the floor was a little chilly, so generally felt a bit cold. Heater worked quick so soon warmed up. Pillows were a bit lumpy.

Exceptional

Location in walking distance of the city centre, (for us) and great facilities. The tram on our return was only a 15-minute walk away from our room. Comfy bed, quiet location, and very clean throughout. Great communication from our host and the ceiling height wouldn't put us off returning at a future date.

Adequate accommodation.

Very clean and the owner has tried to preempt any guests needs, with the addition of the fridge, toaster & kettle. In a residential area not far from where I needed to be.

The ceiling height is very low as its a converted garage. At 59 I found it oppressive. This is not a traditional guest house, but a room (converted from a garage) in someones back garden. However for the price it was pleasant enough. More air b&b than I expected. Parking was free on street, not off street that was implied.

Ok for the money not that close to town

The bed was comfortable it had tea making stuff it had a good size to with Netflix on

There was not a enough towels the book said there was more in the cupboard there was not if I was taller than 6 foot your head would touch the roof there was street park not drive way parking there was hair in the bed and the towels was not very clean as well

Disappointing, not good value for money.

Tv and fire were very modern.

Very claustrophobic due to the very low ceiling only 6ft 2in. It is in fact a converters garage in the back garden. The owners have tied hard the make it into a suitable guest room. The towels were unsuitable very hard and stained, had to use our own. Bed not comfortable thin mattress and could feel the hard base underneath. Fridge in room but when we called 15 mins before arrival the owner should have turned the fridge on. Would have been nice to have had bottled water in the room. My final comment is the advertised secure parking , is actually out in the street, not what expected.
