Very good

Excellent value for money in great location. Brilliant friendly staff . We will be returning next time in town to sample the pool.

Shower curtain held up precariously by plastic rod fell down and shower head pointing away made the morning shower a traumatic experience. Small details I know but easy to resolve then aim towards a 9 or more!

Lovely room, big comfy bed. Great shower. Nice bar area. Good breakfast. Pool and spa nice.

Value for money and perfect for a stop over.

Excellent location, room comfortable, staff very friendly. Use of spa facilities.

Vegetarian choices in the restaurant were limited. Pasta as a main or the vegan option was couscous with new potatoes... No children at certain times in the spa area and pool. Loud children was not very restful.

Simply a lovely place to stay in beautiful historic Chester.

Love this place, 2nd visit this year. Just a short walk down the Canal side to Historic centre, close enough to enjoy all, without any night time noise. Hotel is lovely, great facilities with pool and spa, really good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice and a very pleasant bar area to relax in the evening.
