At 11h exactly (time of check out), link to open the door will not work, so be carful to be at time and to dont forget something inside because there is no one to open the door (no reception)

Superb

Spacious room, high ceilings, nice bathroom with everything, comfortable bed and sheets, big windows, first floor, very close to metro station and waking distance to central train station. Very good price.

Self check in and out was a bit complicated and unclear. We didn't knew the number of our room and had to chek 4 doors. The air-conditioning was also difficult to get it but we managed and put it on max but still was a bit cold.

everything is ok,just only entering the apartment was difficult due to the lack of internet

entering the apartment was complicated, we stayed outside for 1 hour almost after midnight because the internet didn't work on our phones and they didn't have access to the application, this ruined our rest, I think that the entrance to the apartment should be better organized and the internet should be provided at the entrance of the object, we are all tourists, we don't use the country's internet. It was a bad experience

Ok for one night but would probably choose somewhere else if possible.

Location was as expected. Close to metro station. Bar across the road. About a 15 min walk from train station. Ok for one night but definitely wouldn't want to spend any longer. We chose because of the price but don't think there was anything we really liked.

There was lots of noise. There was lots of loud noises from other apartments(e.g noise of neighbours putting up/down shutters) as well as outside on the street. The windows didn't keep out any noise. The apartment was very dark and even if you opened the shutters to get some natural light there would be no privacy The TV was so small and up high. The signal was gone for most channels. The lock on the door was complicated. I stayed for one night and I'm still not sure if it was locked or not when we went out. Couldn't open the window(there was a sign not to) No shampoo, only shower gel sachets The bed was very loud when you just move in the bed Apartment was very old and dated looking apart from the bathroom. Could use updating. Wifi was not good. Wouldn't even load a website.

Fantastic price, location and host. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable. Good amount of space for luggage. Excellent location for the metro which is so easy to use to navigate Milan. Walking distance also possible. Very clean and we kept. Great communication from host when we arrived early and instructions for self check in made it very easy.

Nothing its best place to stay in Milan in my opinion.

Very good

The host was so kind that we faced a dilemma between extending our stay in a smaller room or having a late checkout, and she offered the late checkout for free. The hotel is an example of IoT application, appealing to all technology geeks. The rooms are clean and equipped with air conditioning.
