Disappointing and expensive

Bog standard Mercure Price inflated 300%+ because of the Rugby World Cup. Every person at the hotel that night was there because of the rugby. So what did the hotel do? they closed the bar at 11-30 before most people got back from the game. We asked to see a manager but it turned out the child at reception was the most senior person on site with no decision making capability or authority. Goodness knows what would happen in the event the of a real incident! Not good enough Accor.

Nice and spacious room. Very clean. Walking distance from metro station.

They block 200 euros on your credit card. Expensive parking (18 for 24 h) and breakfast (22 ).

Very good staff with good attitude

Not the room expected in the photos or explanation , they were not ready for a baby, even though mentioned it in the booking and in private message and email.
