Good hotel for the price

Great location, friendly staff, and a comfortable experience. I had the choice of a room with a shower or bathtub which was nice and received complementary beverages in my room.

The room was EXTREMELY dusty. There was a definite need for an air purifier or something to remove the dust from the air. While the room was generally clean, this was the only negative. I was constantly coughing and sneezing because of the dust.

Excellent experience. Great location on the best Street in Marseille but very quiet room. The staff especially Adien were so helpful, patient with English speakers, and just quality people who cared about their guests.

Great stay

We had the most delicious breakfast in this hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly, the room was good, the hotel itself was nice, close to all the places we wanted to visit.

The only little thing was, that we were not able to open the windows, but we understood the safety issue. Some streets close to the hotel might look scary if you are traveling alone, but we were 2 girls and we were okay, so it's just a point of view.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very good service. Excellent bathroom with Nuxe toiletries.

Room on the small side. Restaurant shut at weekend.

Great location, beautiful hotel, friendly staff

We are not allowed to open the window. It is a bit annoying to not be able to get fresh air in. Stayed in another hotel in the same area that allowed windows to be open.
