Space, kitchen, staff, washing machine. Loved the backup electricity. The multi-function shower was great.

Noisy electricity backup system. Defeats the quiet atmosphere. Instructions to the oven would have helped us to heat the frozen pizzas. Smelly carpet in the living room. You need to put hi-viz reflectors on the tree in the driveway.

My booking said there is no refund but I really need a refund since I arrived at 1130pm and there was no one. I called and no one answered the phone... was stuck and slept in a car

The house was big enough to host a group of friends. There was enough parking. BBQ facilities were good.

Communication can be better and easier. The kitchen could be equipped better with more utensils eg bottle opener. Very early check out time - 10am.

Exceptional

The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The place exceeded all expectations.

The house was very clean and the back up power made for a pleasant stay even with loadshedding. The caretaker, Percy, was very hands on and helpful. The house is very homely and spacious. Lovely stay.

The property owner made an error with overlapping our pre-discussed checkout time and the next guests arrival time.

Overall the stay was pleasant such that I'm willing to return. However, room for improvement exist.

Location was excellent.

1.0 Main bedroom bathroom door not there and this is not good especially when using the toilet. 2.0 The other bathroom door does not properly close and does not lock. 3.0 There was only one house keys set and a one gadget for the main gate. This is not good if one family member goes out and leave others inside at night.

Very good

Lovely house with very service oriented people

This is a really nice house with enough space. The shower in one of the bathrooms is really nice. The person who helped us was very friendly and goes out of his way to ensure you have a great stay.

The only thing I didn't like was there where no bins in other rooms then the kitchen, like in the bathroom or bedrooms.

Close to our venue

Noisy neighbours, kettle broken and only replaced on departure, drain blocked and smelly, 1 shower for 10 sleeper, patio cushions torn and dreadful, dishes were washed and left at basin, recommend a dishwasher for 10 sleeper. Booking. Com does not tell you it is a divided property, photo's are misleading because of this.

A good stay, place needs some improvements

The caretaker was available on arrival to give us the key The house is clean, neat and spacious Quite area

The towels are off-white, not appealing at all There are no guest/ courtesy (if I may call them that) soaps or shower gels/ shampoo etc in case one forgot to pack such There were fans in all the bedrooms we used but no sockets in some rooms to plug them
