Spacious. Clean. Comfortable beds.

Doors to swimming pool are locked with chain and pad lock. Feels unsafe. Small fans, the room was very hot. During loadshedding, the mosquitoes was terrible.

The location is nice. It was close to the place we wanted to be at.

There was not enough towels. The rooms only had one decent towel. The room close to the kitchen did not have warm water. The odour coming from the fridge was horrific and it smelled as if there was rotten meat in for weeks. There wasnt enough cutlery and kitchen equipment wasnt enough for us to prepare something to eat. There is only one room with mirrors. The fans provided for the heat didnt work. The basin in the bathrooms drain is clogged and the water didnt drain. The place needs a serious revamp and n proper deep clean. The security gate at the swimming pool cant lock and is being locked with a chains. The one sliding door cant open. The stay was very unpleasant!

Quiet location. Nice big cozy house. The fact that we had a private pool and braai area was great. Beds was really comfortable. Bathrooms nice and spacious.

Waiting over 2 hours past check in time for the host to come and open, very unprofessional. The host kept on telling me he is 10min away. But I kept on waiting over 2hours for him at the property, due that he was stuck in traffic. No one close by with a spare key to open. This was very frustrating! Trying to log complaint on booking.com but had to wait on the line for over 20min, then line got cut up. Finally got hold of the owner of property direct number, through the office. But owner couldn't help, just also called the host to find out where he was. House need some maintenance, trelly door was cut open and cept together with a chain, cutlery, crockery, glasses need to be topped up to suite 8people staying in unit. There was no dish cloth to dry dishes. Sliding doors can't open properly. We did not have our own remote to come and go out of the gate as we want. Need to ask the host to open everytime. Swimming pool is lovely, but couldn't use the small pool as it was very dirty.

The beds were clean and comfortable. Passmore the caretaker were kind and helping.

The kitchen not well stocked, no bowls for meat when you braai or for a salad. No plug for the kitchen sink, we had to use the bath plug to be able wash the dishes. Trelley door to the veranda broken.
