Very good

As holiday place wonderful - but eat outside the hotel

Location and staff

The main restaurant - as buffet especial for dinner VERY poor No seafood and interesting salads - we are at the seaside and in beautiful Spain - but the food was poor The Italian restaurant as well poor - sad that a 5star hotel offer such quality The Japanese restaurant PERFECT

Lovely hotel

Hotel was lovely, lovely views and staff so friendly. Beds were huge and really comfy. We stayed bed and brekfast and the brekfast selection was probably the best buffet iv had however it is the same every day but it is really good and has everything you could want. Rooms were lovely and cleaned every day.

It is a bit of a hike up the hill which we knew before we went and taxis are not the easiest to get in adeje (not the hotels fault) although the pool guy did offer if we buzz at the gate he would let us in to save half the hill but ur hotel room key should let u in the lower gate then u can get a lift up to ur room floor. We only discovered this on our last day after we had checked out. If your not all inclusive the mini bar is pricey (I guess u would expect that though). The hotel is expensive and if you are someone who likes to stay around the hotel it's well worth it, we are not and pretty much payed the cost to stay in the room at night and have breakfast however couldn't fault the hotel or staff.

Very nice hotel

The room was spacious, and very clean. Pool area is nice and the staff is very attentive. Great views from the hotel bar over Costa Adeje.

Check-in process takes a fairly long time, probably 15 minutes which is not needed since all our details were included in the booking with Booking.com. Writing email and phone number on a piece of paper and having my CC number written on a sheet felt unnecessary. In the bathroom there was no place to hang the shower towel, and somehow there was a lot of water coming from the shower.

Room good size, but sadly over the extractor fan. Hotel was clean Some staff - porters friendly

Reception staff not that friendly Despite being only half full hotel our room was noisy, situated by the kitchen exhaust, hence three cockroaches? Meal time you had to arrive early, the chefs couldnt keep up with the demand for food, not enough serving stations. Despite selling itself as a five star hotel, I dont feel we got the five star treatment, as there was a level above us - own dining area etc

Very good

Overall a very nice hotel!

Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful! Everything was very clean.

It is on many floors as the hotel is up the hill and you need to take 2 lift to the pool. Check in took a while as there where only two staff members working at the desk at the time of checkout and people were waiting in line.

A fantastic hotel with great food, great staff and breathtaking scenery.

The views were spectacular. The ambiance on the terrace was fantastic. Staff were friendly and always helpful.

Sun loungers were not very comfortable. Was a little far out of town, this wasnt a problem for us but may be for people who struggle with walking. However the hotel does offer a shuttle bus to and from the beach.
